Brasero's status bar disspapears when recording disc

Bug Description

Binary package hint: brasero

When I am recording CD/DVD, at 25-50% status bar dissapears and I can't see recording progress, but finally it records without problems.

FYI: I could not duplicate this in Ubuntu 8.10 (Brasero version 0.8.2-0ubuntu1). I burned a 19MB data disk using the default settings and saw no issue with the progress bar.

This is likely the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/370999. Burning progress over 2 gigabytes fails. That bug references upstream bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=582261, which indicates it is fixed in 2.26.3. IIRC, Karmic will have 2.28, so this fix should be there.
