Noticed the same problem on Gutsy with mostly OGG files and one or two MP3's in the mix. As mentioned, I had to remove one or two files so it would finally accept to burn even though I hadn't reached 80 minutes. I even converted all the files to WAV at one time and I still got the same problem of bad size calculation.
