wstjx in groovy-proposed no longer build-depends on boost1.67-dev. It does also FTBFS for unrelated reasons, but that can be worked through via +1 maintenance; obviously any fix for wsjtx build-dependency on boost1.67 will be resolved via the new upstream version in -proposed. So I'll go ahead and remove boost1.67 on the assumption that resolution of wsjtx is "pending".
