I was getting this same thing with a Microsoft Designer Mouse but after running `bluez-simple-agent` and using pin 0000 the mouse pairs and the 'New Device Setup' says "Succesfully set up device 'Designer Mouse'" but it doesn't work. In the Bluetooth devices it says 'Paired Yes' but the 'switch' on Connection is set to OFF and is disabled.
