As of this update I see similar behavior (no devices listed in hcitool dev), but my dmesg (attached) show less breakage I believe.

The keyboard and mouse seem to work in "embedded mode" as Logitech calls it, but I'm not able to discover my PC from my Bluetooth phone.

Again, anything anyone might need to get this one resolved, just ask.
