PANU connect wizard keeps starting again and again

Bug Description
When I choose dolphin / Bluetooth / <a paired device offering PANU> / Personal Area Network a wizard opens up which enables me to enter settings in NetworkManager. I choose NOT to connect automatically to this network device. When I log out and back again, a process called
bluedevil-
is automatically started by kde4init (at least this is the parten process) which in turn causes the Bluetooth Connect Wizard to show up.
This is the behaviour in 90% of the cases, however sometimes only a notification is in the task bar, saying "Setting up" (This might be another issue) and nothing else happens.

BTW if I manually kill the bluedevil- network- panu process using <CTRL>-<ESC> System Activity manager, the process doesn't come up again, causing the Bluetooth Connect Wizard to re-appear again and again (this is good)
