A *fixed* (conflict free) bison++_1.21.11-5.debian.tar.gz file is available at

http://files.deepsoft.com/Other/bison++Ubuntu/bison++_1.21.11-5.debian.tar.gz

A .deb file built with this debian can be safely installed side-by-side with the standard bison .deb file and both versions are properly available with no conflicts. This will work with all arches and even releases, since bison++ is "frozen" at version 1.21.11.
