Please, alter version of Fedora for actual (FEDORA 20), because the error persist on versions actually.

My bind is on version bind-9.9.1-4.P3.el6.x86_64 and only run below of 99% when I insert my named.conf add in section options {} the line:

managed-keys-directory "/var/named/dynamic";
