Here is the first error, this looks like a localegen problem:

Setting up locales (2.7.9-4) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/belocs/iso-639.def ...
Generating locales...
  en_AU.UTF-8...
  en_AU.UTF-8... Quit
dpkg: error processing locales (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 131
