It seems to be _very_ slow on some files, this may be causing it. E.g. currently it is taking up 50% of CPU on an SMP system running through files that it doesn't understand:

That was about a minute and a half on one file, at full CPU, that it then gave up reading. I'm hoping that the percentage counter is how close to finishing it is, and that it'll give me my CPU back after then.
