Comment 30 for bug 572777

I installed kernel 2.6.33 (http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.33.3-lucid/ ) to see if it would help. (It helped on one of the ralink driver problems, I think.) There was no change in wifi behavior. I still can't connect in wpa/wpa2, and wep reports connection but is unusable.
