Stuart Bishop, one thing to keep in mind as noted in the previously provided support article, is some BIOS updates change around things (ex. adding new settings without telling you, changing BIOS settings CSM+UEFI to Secure Boot in my situation with a Windows 8.1 laptop, or messing around with the /boot/efi/EFI/ folder).
