BTW, I just found out in one of my notebooks I have a :

03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4331 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 02)

And, just to keep history, I was able to suspend/resume... right after suspension I got a:

ERROR @wl_cfg80211_scan : WLC_SCAN error (-22)

But right after I was able to re-scan and re-connect to same AP (using the PPA).
