I don't understand how this can be labeled as "not a bug"
Here's the summary:
new fresh system install, update software, install one official package, now the system for adding packages is no longer functional. This is 100% reproducible.
Could someone please define the official meaning of a bug for the ubuntu developers? How was that decision made?
