Binary package hint: base-installer

AMD has a new CPU family 12h.

Ubiquity should install the PAE kernel if the system is equipped 4GB memory but this cpu family is not currently recognised by ubiquity. like the bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/base-installer/+bug/676838)
