alsa-utils is most of the time installed by default and by that wins.
bacula-console-qt is the bacula package holding a /usr/bin/bat.
So even with the also bug fixed after a merge bareos and bacula-console-qt will still conflict.
"Fortunately" that is just the gui and nothing else depends on that gui -> medium prio.
