I'm confirming this bug and I know what's causing it : If an artist is present twice in the library due to different capitalization, only one wil get the covers. For example I had Death in June and Death In June and some cover were not showing up in the album browser. When I retagged all the songs to be Death in June, every cover appeared right away.
