If I append "StartupWMClass=program.exe" to the .desktop file's(where program.exe is the name of the .exe of the app) it is solved, even if I launch a file from Nautilus it works fine.
Only the icon names of the generated Office 2010 are wrong, so I have to correct them manually in the .desktop files. With other apps no problem!
