This seems to be the failure:

Could not open required defaults file: /etc/mysql/debian.cnf
Fatal error in defaults handling. Program aborted
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)
dpkg: error processing b2evolution (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
