Yes, as Mike Fedyk said https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/azureus/+bug/68020/comments/19 just replacing the existing jar file with a new one from the azureus download page http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/azureus/Azureus2.5.0.4.jar?download works for me. In my case still running 6.10 (edgy)

I'd love to see updated packages in the repositories!
