Crash after a broken link

 I just put a link and this was a broken link.

can confirm that problem on edgy amd64 using axel 1.0b-1.1.
any 404 will immediately cause a segfault:
felix@pollux:~$ axel http://www.google.com/foo
Initializing download: http://www.google.com/foo
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Segmentation fault

I tried to write a patch concerning that bug. Please Check it .

* the Seg Fault was in non existing thread killing (file axel.c)

* Error messages were never showed (cause they were misplaced)

This bug happened when ever there is an error with the connection ( dns resolution error, non existing page -404-, non existing website )
