Comment 2 for bug 1975614

I did not know the dispatcher is part of the main daemon now.
My issue was about wrong ownership (non-root) of my plug-in, and I wrongly attributed it to the missing dispatcher.

Thanks for the help, I guess the bug can be closed as not-a-bug.
