How important is HEAD support? The reason I ask is that they have changed
things around a bit in the library (on 2010-06-22, my 25th wedding anniversary
;-)) and have "broken" a kludge we had in place to support Unicode characters
in file names. It's not their fault at all. We were taking advantage of the
way the library "used" to work.
