OK on fresh checkout and make dep before and after applying attached patch then
make dep before and after bug 317 patch, on Ubuntu 10.10 with the Ubuntu

* I seem to get consistently safe exports of AC3, WMA and AAC. However AAC
export is far too slow.
* I seem to get consistently safe imports of Audacity-exported AC3, WMA and
AAC. However the AAC imports are silenced.
* Issues with crashes importing non-FFmpeg files, loss of FFmpeg in HEAD after
running 1.3.12, and Prefs not opening at the Libraries section when saved there
seem to have gone.
TODO:
* Tests with SVN FFmpeg
* Tests importing AAC, WMA2 and AC3 files *not* produced by Audacity (both with
Ubuntu and SVN FFmpeg)
