LANG=fr_FR is causing audacity to leave empty many texts, both in the menu
as in other places.

Starting with LANG=fr fixes this, and shows all texts (in French). It
should work fine with things like LANG=fr_FR, LANG=fr_FR.UTF8,
LANG=fr_FR@euro.
