Hello everyone!
That's NOT a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/at-spi2-core/+bug/1228567 !
There they say that the fix is already released, but I keep experiencing this issue on Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus).
Only affects the user that uses Budgie desktop environment.
Have to run "killall at-spi-bus-launcher" to unfreeze the PC after login.

Please, help!
