- Remove liballegro4.2-plugin-arts from suggests of liballegro4.2

+ Add --enable-artsdigi=no to ./configure
- Remove all lines specific to liballegro4.2-plugin-arts
- Add 060_asm_fixes.diff to fix asm related FTBFS
