argtable2: Please convert to multiarch

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev (64 bit) and on installing libargtable2-dev:i386 12-1 I'm getting the following error:

sworddragon@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install libargtable2-dev:i386
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

This library hasn't been modified for multiarch yet, so you can't expect to install foreign-architecture packages without problems. Setting this report to wishlist.
