Thank you for your bug report. This appears to be an error in the translation of aptitude.
It should say "[Y/n/q/?]" in the question and also "y" in the help for "Yes"/Si, because internally only "y" gets recognized.
I'm assigning the bug to the ubuntu-l10n-pt-br team.
The bug is not present in upstream 0.4.11.2-1 (from Debian) and the version in Hardy, so it got in there through Rosetta/Lauchpad.
What is strange though is, the line:
"s: aceitar as mudanças propostas"
It should say "y: " there - because this does not appear to get translated, but is hardcoded.
