Comment 19 for bug 849745

At least here on a 12/31 image the upgrades today to *aptdaemon* - 0.43+bzr756-0ubuntu1/ *dbus * - 1.4.16-1ubuntu2, ect. have seemingly fixed S-C

It now opens fairly quickly, & more importantly installs/removes packages with no issues or hangs. Tried multiple times.
