As of April 24, 2009 this bug is back in Hardy, most likely a regression issue.

/etc/cron.daily/apt:
No value set for `/system/http_proxy/use_http_proxy'
No value set for `/system/http_proxy/host'
No value set for `/system/http_proxy/port'
