Exactly the same problem on a Gutsy.....
Not fixed by apt-get update....
W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://security.ubuntu.com gutsy-security/multiverse Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_gutsy-security_multiverse_binary-i386_Packages)

i also have restricted drivers installed.
