@jarnos(#20) The running kernel's related packages are protected by u-u. There are the packages protected by apt, which are also not offered for autoremoval, hence u-u would not remove them either.
When the kernel package for -39- is protected by apt in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01autoremove-kernels u-u does not remove it either.
