Comment 3 for bug 1027801

I was trying to loop mount the wubi iso to offload my network bandwidth and install some packages
from there
I have followed this guide
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptGet/Offline/Repository
and ran into the problem that the iso only contained .gz files for Package list
