Ahh, that not a url, and a differn't codepath.
You need to find a bzr package that isn't in launchpad. (like apt in
debian...)
If you switch your sources.list to debian you would see this. Otherwise
I'm not sure what packages in Ubuntu are bzr and NOT maintained in
launchpad. (also is it really wise to
not just use normal urls here?)
