Same problem for my Ubuntu Server 11.10, fully updated micro instance servers running in the Amazon cloud. When it happens I can neither SSH into them, TeamSpeak server starts lagging immensely and my blog is no longer connectable to. The problem I solved by removing the package, but it is quite a severe bug I would say, for a standard installation to have.
