Using apt-p2p in combination with the official Ubuntu country mirror for Austria (at.archive.ubuntu.com) results in an APT warning message, that the software can't be authenticated. Changing the mirror (for example to de.archive.ubuntu.com) solves the problem.

As supposed in Question #129493 the reason for this issue could be that the Austrian mirror currently isn't up-to-date. If that's true, the "APT setup"-section of the apt-p2p manual should contain information about choosing a "good" (up-to-date) mirror.
