Comment 2 for bug 348948

With launchpadlib it should be possible to check if the user adding data is the bug's reporter.

If the collector is not the reporter I'd say add a comment with the complete details and maybe add a link in the description to the comment with the complete details.

If the collector is the reporter modify the description with the appropriate information collected from apport.
