Comment 3 for bug 192521

Kjell, this is a valid bug. Apport should not _crash_ when a user tries to open a file which he cannot access. Instead, it should show a nice error message explaining what is the problem and how to fix it. Actually, this problem has already been acknowledged and fixed as bug #129146.
