I'm not sure if this is intended, but I cannot seem to send crash reports which are owned by root.root. This could also be problem with xserver instead of apport.

Crash report uploads okay, but when apport tried to launch firefox, it's denied. Message like this appears to /var/log/Xorg.0.log:
AUDIT: Thu Oct 4 23:17:42 2007: 5787 X: client 33 rejected from local host (uid 1000)

Steps to reproduce:
1. chown root.root a valid crash report in /var/crash/
2. touch the crash report as root and proceed to uploading the report
