Steve, on your next upload, could you add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/ssl_certs:
  /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/ r,
  /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/** r,

The ca-certificates packaging expects these files to be readable.
