Could someone who is having this issue also attach a profile cache file for the profile that is failing? So I can verify what your local compiles are doing.

you can grab the binary cache file out of
  /etc/apparmor.d/cache/sbin.dhclient

or compile it with
  apparmor_parser -o output_file /etc/apparmor.d/sbin.dhclient
