Can you add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/X:

/usr/lib/fglrx/dri/*.so mr,

Then reload the apparmor profile with:
sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/com.ubuntu.ubuntu-calculator-app_ubuntu-calculator-app.desktop_0.1.3

then report back?
