Based on the error messages, it would appear that this is a duplicate of bug #562370

Before I mark it as duplicate though, I'll ask you to try the workaround in comment #8 of the bug linked above. Please try
sudo a2dismod reqtimeout
sudo apt-get -f install
then when it succeeds
sudo a2enmod reqtimeout
Please try the above commands, and report back here what the result was.
