From your logs, it looks like all of apache2's config files have been deleted. Ultimately it seems javascript-common caused the crash as it's files were also deleted. Do you remember deleting anything from /etc/apache2/mods-available/ manually or do you believe this was caused by a different program?

If you would like to fix this you may want to purge apache2 and reinstall it with the following commands:

sudo apt purge apache2
sudo apt install apache2
