Hi, apparently only part of the fix was included, http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1557641 seems to be missing. That is the part that keeps mod_dir from firing when mod_rewrite just fired.

Rewrites in .htaccess are still affected after upgrade to 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.6.
