Thanks! I think this could be position_fix and/or enable_msi related. Since you've tried position_fix=1 already (according to #3), could you instead try to add the following to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf:
options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1
and reboot, see if it helps, then
options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=0
and reboot and see if it helps?
