Comment 19 for bug 565685

Okay, here's a test package: http://people.canonical.com/~diwic/temp/alsa-intel-hda-diwic-unsol-debug-dkms_1.0.23.diwic_all.deb install and reboot. Every time you plug or unplug something, there should be a message in dmesg saying "Unsol event from codec". Does that message show up when you plug and unplug the headphone?
