Can you please verify, that you have:
- Lenovo Legion S7 15IMH5

cat /sys/bus/hdaudio/devices/ehdaudio0D0/subsystem_id

- according to your ALSA it should be
Subsystem Id: 0x17aa3822
(the same as for Andrei Miculita ?)

to my understanding there's currently no patch for this device in the code.
