Changed the options in
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base
according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/197394

options snd-cmipci mpu_port=0x330 fm_port=0x388
options snd-hda-intel model=6stack-digout

And now I get sound at startup.
